Shipping & Product Restrictions
Shipping
Orders leave our Torrington, Connecticut location within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually lands in 3–7 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $99. Tracking is emailed as soon as a label is created.
Restricted items
Laws concerning knives, blades and similar products vary by state, county and municipality. Some products cannot be shipped to every destination. Where a restriction applies, it is flagged on the product page and enforced at checkout.
Age confirmation
Certain products require you to confirm that you meet the minimum age to purchase them where you live. That confirmation appears on the product page and again at checkout. Age thresholds are configurable per product.
Your responsibility
Point Taken does not provide legal advice and cannot tell you what is legal in your specific location. By ordering, you confirm that you are responsible for understanding and following the laws that apply in your own jurisdiction.
